It’s rare now-a-days to get the quality of service and product that you receive from the Kaouds. As soon as you walk into the store, you receive quality service with a smile and most importantly, patience. They are very calm and quite professional. No pressure to buy either. 
I just purchased wall-to-wall carpet for our family room. I assumed that they only sold orientals, but I was wrong. My friend had told me to go see what they had. She was also looking for broadloom for a staging job she was doing in Weston and was quite happy with what she found. I had purchased an oriental rug from them years ago and was quite happy then.

Kaoud Carpets & Rugs was recommended to me by a fellow designer after I relocated to the area and was looking for a great place to bring my clients. I have been going to them and working with Fred for the past 6+ months and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have a really big selection of high quality rugs in a lot of different styles, but also do custom, carpeting, and flooring. Fred really does have a one stop shop, but it is the customer service that really makes me a loyal customer. He and Fred Sr are both really kind, down to earth people, that go above and beyond for their clients, I could not recommend them and the quality of their products more.
