Kaoud Carpets & Rugs was recommended to me by a fellow designer after I relocated to the area and was looking for a great place to bring my clients. They have a really big selection of high quality rugs in a lot of different styles, but also do custom, carpeting, and flooring. Fred Kaoud and Kaoud Carpets in Wilton gave excellent service. We originally purchased our living room and dining room carpets from them many years ago. This was the first time we sent the rugs out to be cleaned. Fred kept us informed via e-mail. They picked up and delivered our carpets, and refringed the 10x14 ft carpet. They had to do multiple extractions and included new pads. We had an old stain from dropping a green bean casserole on one rug many years ago and they did an excellent job of removing the stain.
