Kaoud Carpets & Rugs was recommended to me by a fellow designer after I relocated to the area and was looking for a great place to bring my clients. They have a really big selection of high quality rugs in a lot of different styles, but also do custom, carpeting, and flooring. They had to do multiple extractions and included new pads. We had an old stain from dropping a green bean casserole on one rug many years ago and they did an excellent job of removing the stain. A leaking water pipe caused considerable damage to carpeting in our basement family room. Total replacement of carpeting and padding was needed. We shopped several carpeting stores then found desirable products at Kaoud Rugs in West Hartford. The sales person, Christina L********, came to our home , measured all open areas, closets and stairs. The price was acceptable. When installation occurred, I was impressed at the concern for detail and precision performed by the crew. I cannot find a flaw at the stairs, around lolly columns, at doorways or closet entries.
