I just purchased wall-to-wall carpet for our family room. I assumed that they only sold orientals, but I was wrong. My friend had told me to go see what they had. Kaoud Carpets & Rugs was recommended to me by a fellow designer after I relocated to the area and was looking for a great place to bring my clients. I have been going to them and working with Fred for the past 6+ months and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have a really big selection of high quality rugs in a lot of different styles, but also do custom, carpeting, and flooring. Fred really does have a one stop shop, but it is the customer service that really makes me a loyal customer. We needed solutions for our home after my wife fell on our dangerously beautiful hardwood floors resulting in a serious broken leg. Fred helped us select a number of beautiful area rugs and some custom designed solutions for stairs and walkways that now provide safe but beautiful floors that accent our hardwood. He brought several choices out to our home so we could see what they looked like in our home and was patient as we tried a couple times before settling on what worked best for us. The installation was professional as they consulted with us and advised us on several decisions that needed to be made to ensure a quality result that suited the limitations of some of the spaces.
This is the second time we have dealt with Kaoud in 3 years. The previous carpets we bought still look brand new ( compared to one very expensive dining room carpet we bought from another design store that is not holding up well)

I ordered several rugs from Fred Kaoud Carpets & Rugs, and my experience was superb! Fred Kaoud, Jr. was very attentive to my specific needs, first in choosing and ordering beautiful natural rugs for my luxury rental property. Per my rental contract, I had to furnish the rugs by August 1st. However, the rugs which I ordered could only be delivered by the end of August. To resolve this problem, Fred Jr. actually created temporary loaner rugs according to the sizes of my ordered rugs, and delivered these loaner rugs to my property by August 1st, free of charge! When the rugs I ordered came in, he replaced the loaner rugs by these rugs, again free of charge! It is difficult to find such high level of personalized service anywhere! We had a large vintage kilim that had holes in it. We couldn't decide whether to spend the money to get it fixed or to buy a new rug. We ended up having our rug repaired and cleaned by Kaoud and we're thrilled with the results! They custom dyed the yarns for a perfect match to reweave the deteriorated areas (there were many).
