Kaoud Carpets & Rugs was recommended to me by a fellow designer after I relocated to the area and was looking for a great place to bring my clients. I have been going to them and working with Fred for the past 6+ months and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have a really big selection of high quality rugs in a lot of different styles, but also do custom, carpeting, and flooring. Fred really does have a one stop shop, but it is the customer service that really makes me a loyal customer. He and Fred Sr are both really kind, down to earth people, that go above and beyond for their clients, I could not recommend them and the quality of their products more.

We had a wonderful experience with Kaoud Carpet when we downsized to a new house. Fred and his team were ultimate professionals, and Fred was especially adept at communicating regularly and clearly via email. They cleaned and repaired at least 8 Oriental carpets and all look wonderful. One was a multi-generational much used carpet that was worn and tired looking, and now looks beautiful. The work took some time, but Fred was very upfront about this at the beginning. The cost of delivery was built into the total cost which was paid upfront, and that plan served us well. I ordered several rugs from Kaoud Carpets & Rugs, and my experience was superb! Fred Kaoud, Jr. was very attentive to my specific needs, first in choosing and ordering beautiful natural rugs for my luxury rental property. Per my rental contract, I had to furnish the rugs by August 1st. However, the rugs which I ordered could only be delivered by the end of August. To resolve this problem, Fred Jr. actually created temporary loaner rugs according to the sizes of my ordered rugs, and delivered these loaner rugs to my property by August 1st, free of charge! When the rugs I ordered came in, he replaced the loaner rugs by these rugs, again free of charge! It is difficult to find such high level of personalized service anywhere!
