Kaoud Carpets & Rugs was recommended to me by a fellow designer after I relocated to the area and was looking for a great place to bring my clients. I have been going to them and working with Fred for the past 6+ months and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have a really big selection of high quality rugs in a lot of different styles, but also do custom, carpeting, and flooring. Fred really does have a one stop shop, but it is the customer service that really makes me a loyal customer. He patiently explained the problems with each one, the process by which his firm cleans and moths proofs. He also provided a detailed account of each rug, its age and origin. Six weeks later the rugs returned home----now silky, exquisitely clean, the colors vibrant. They have never looked this good. His professional team brought the rugs in and expertly placed them around the house, explaining why some rugs should be placed in the same room with another rug, due to the common origin and related designs.
